Prospectly processes data to provide local B2B prospecting SaaS for agencies and freelancers. Privacy contact: privacy@prospectly.dev. Full Portuguese version at /privacy.

What we collect

  • Account: name, email, organization, terms consent.
  • Product usage: searches, imported leads, pipeline and tasks.
  • Payments via Asaas (new PIX and card). Historical AbacatePay or Stripe contracts when they exist. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Public business data from OpenStreetMap / Google Places.

Sharing

Subprocessors: hosting on a Hostinger server in Brazil (API, app, PostgreSQL database and Redis), Asaas, AbacatePay (historical), Stripe (legacy), map providers, Google (sign-in), Resend (transactional email) and artificial intelligence providers (Cloudflare Workers AI and Groq). The full list, with data processed and location, is at /en/subprocessors. We do not sell lead lists.

AI features

Opportunity explanations, WhatsApp message suggestions and the in-app assistant use artificial intelligence. The assistant is off by default and enabled per organization. To generate responses we send Cloudflare Workers AI (primary provider) and, if it is unavailable, Groq (fallback) only minimized and sanitized content from the lead context and the conversation. The lead's contact email, phone number and address are omitted before sending; avoid typing unnecessary personal data in conversations. Cloudflare does not use this content to train models or retain it after the request, as long as AI Gateway logs, caching or batch processing are not enabled. By default, Groq does not retain inference data and keeps abuse and reliability logs for up to 30 days. Both providers process the data outside Brazil, mainly in the USA. The output is a suggestion; you decide whether to use or send it.

International transfers

Hosting and the database are located in Brazil. Some subprocessors process data outside Brazil, mainly in the USA (Google, Cloudflare, Groq and Resend); we adopt appropriate contractual safeguards when required.
